Manthano Modern School is situated in a rural area approximately 55 kilometres from Kharagpur, which is where most of the teachers commute from due to a lack of qualified instructors for English Medium education in the region. This lengthy travel often poses challenges for teachers in terms of punctuality and returning home. Providing accommodation for teachers on the school premises would alleviate their commuting difficulties and enable them to spend more quality time with students when needed.
