The need for quality education in rural India is urgent. If we, as a charitable organization, do not step up, who will? Our school faces ongoing challenges in attracting quality teachers, as most of our educators travel over 60 kilometers from urban areas to reach us. They endure significant hardships, and their compensation does not reflect their qualifications or the obstacles they overcome daily.
